- Coordination and supervision of host companies for targeted or general overseas work placements
- Training in a variety of fields, such as personal development, languages and more
- Organization of social and cultural outings
- Facilitation of academic enrolment and services
- Facilitation of all transportation needs
- Facilitation of accommodations (billeting families, apartments, hotels)
- Orientation to Montreal
- Establishment of bank account for group leaders
- Computers, telephones and office space at ERS facilities for group leaders
- Guidance and supervision for any level required
